Job Summary
We are looking for a Ground Operations Technician to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to apply their technical skills to maintain and operate our IoT fleet of robots, ensuring seamless delivery service operations at QuikBot. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the ground team to support delivery services when technical assistance is not required, contributing to a high-quality operational experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and operate QuikBot’s fleet of delivery robots, ensuring all systems are functional and optimized for daily operations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless delivery services.
Assist the ground team with delivery service operations during non-technical periods, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
Monitor the IoT systems for any anomalies or performance issues, providing real-time updates and adjustments as necessary.
Ensure all robots are operating in compliance with safety standards and adhere to company guidelines.
Maintain logs of robot performance, technical issues, and repairs, and provide regular reports to the operations and engineering teams.
Work with the engineering team to suggest improvements in robot performance, system integration, and overall operational processes.
Work location will vary depending on operational needs as QuikBot deploys all over Singapore.
