Preschool Education Centre looking for Admin Assistant for a 3-Month contract.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scanning documents and sorting into OneDrive folders, filing documents
- Maintain filing systems
- Shredding old documents that have been archived
- Preparation of hard copy files for new projects
- Preparation of simple excel documents
- To support the team on asset tagging at various centres
- To provide support to the Assistant Manager on any administrative tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min GCE ‘N’/’O’/ ‘A’ Level or Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior data entry experience will be advantageous
