Role Summary:

Provide effective secretrial support to the assigned Business Leader or Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages so callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.
• Transcribe, type, format, and proof read a variety of material (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.
• Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production. This would also include duties such as you as data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
• Manage the appointments and schedules of staff in the unit.
• Use office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes, and printers.
• Perform other secretarial tasks according to established guidelines and procedures so these activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or other inventory.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
