We are a recruitment agency specialised in nanny, caregivers, helpers, caretakers etc, we are looking for qualified admin personnels to manage our day to day operations, CEI certificate is mandatory or should be willing to complete the certification before joining.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and process work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations through the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
Ensure all contracts and agreements adhere to MOM regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and agreements.
Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective clients and domestic helpers.
Provide ongoing support to clients and helpers, addressing any queries or issues they might have.
Facilitate conflict resolution and guide clients on the agency’s mediation process if necessary.
Record-Keeping and Database Management:
Maintain and update client and helper records in the agency’s database.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of client and helper information.
Training and Orientation:
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for domestic helpers, ensuring they understand workplace expectations and guidelines.
Help domestic helpers settle into their roles by addressing initial concerns and questions.
Brief employers on rules, regulation and responsibilities.
Crisis Management:
Acting as a supportive figure in urgent or crisis situations, where immediate mediation or counseling is needed.
Vendor Management:
Manage overseas agency, runner team to ensure all jobs are completely on a timely manner to facilitate meeting customer timelines.
