Responsibilities:
Coordination of the School’s CET short courses and facilitate various course runs.
Maintenance of CET Websites and SSG’s Training Partners' Gateway (TPG).
Liaison on submission of new SkillsFuture Series courses for SSG accreditation and funding in the TPG.
Set up new courses and courses run in the Skills Enhancement and Training Portal (STEP).
Compile and tabulate CET data for reporting.
Support in maintenance of training facilities and CET-related activities/initiatives.
Support in data migration from SIMS to STEP.
Requirements:
A relevant academic background, with a preference for candidates with experience in engineering and/or training.
Resourcefulness, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player, driven and possesses a strong customer service mindset.
Good administrative and organizational ability.
