Responsibilities
Service Crew
• Responsible in daily smooth operations in the restaurant
• Handle & Assist in food preparation
• To attend and provide dinning-in, take away and delivery services
• Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene & sanitation standards, compliance to food safety
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager
Kitchen Crew:
• Handle food preparation and strictly adhere to Company’s food preparation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and food hygiene standards
• Ensure food items are prepared according to company standards of quality and consistency.
• Ensure proper food storage and monitor food stock levels
• Ensure compliance to Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager
Requirements
• Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level in any field
• No experience needed as training will be provided. Applicants with prior relevant experience highly advantageous
• A team player and service-oriented
• Self-driven and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment with minimal supervision
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
• Able to start work in a short notice
• Seniors are welcome to apply
