Key Responsibilities:
Carry out scheduled O&M tasks and ad-hoc maintenance within deadlines.
Conduct routine equipment inspections, completing and submitting checklists promptly to the supervisor.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring timely submission of records.
Handle corrective maintenance for equipment breakdowns and submit relevant documents.
Report equipment issues to the supervisor and assist in implementing fixes.
Support operational activities as required.
Perform initial troubleshooting, reporting findings, and assist with advanced troubleshooting.
Supervise contractors to ensure work meets standards.
Maintain a safe, clean environment by following EHS procedures.
Monitor and manage stock levels of parts and supplies.
Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Conduct system condition assessments.
Estimate labour for complex mechanical installations.
Develop expertise in assigned equipment.
Education and Experience:
Higher Nitec in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities engineering or similar.
Knowledge of fire alarm systems, vehicle barrier system and emergency response system.
Understanding of building regulations and health & safety.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
Work location : To be based in the Changi (East) area
