1） Bicycle Assembly & Maintenance：
Assemble bicycles according to company standards and ensure safety and quality checks are completed.
Perform regular maintenance on bikes, addressing minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
2）Order Fulfillment：
Manage and prioritize daily orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing for shipping or in-store pickup.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory manager to ensure stock availability for orders and store display.
3）Sales Support & Reporting：
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets by engaging with customers and offering promotions.
Track daily sales, order fulfillment metrics, and assembly outputs, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements：
Proven experience in a retail or bicycle store environment, with a background in bicycle assembly and maintenance.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as bike assembly and lifting.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in inventory management systems and knowledge of cycling industry trends.
