Description

We are seeking an individual with a growth mindset to join us. In this role, you will be part of our dedicated Human Resource (HR) team providing HR services to create the best employee in-employment experience for Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)/Pathlight School employees. The HR organisation is on a digitalisation and transformation journey, so there will be opportunities to learn progressively. The incumbent will:

  • Work closely with the HR Shared Services (HRSS) and Payroll team to ensure that all processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs and policies to streamline day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives/programmes to enhance employees’ overall experience.
  • Drive improvements and enhancements to HRIS and other HR digital solutions, work with users, IT and vendors to ensure that the HR solutions support operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for manpower reporting and workforce data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Manage payroll administration, prepare and review payroll related reports and process local government claims (NS claims, maternity claims, childcare claims, etc.).
  • Support in employee benefits administration including liaising with benefits providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of adhoc HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferably with specialization in HR, IT or related discipline

At least 5 years’ experience in HRSS, operations and payroll administration

Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and HR practices

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Comfortable in handling numerical data

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience working with Microsoft Power BI will be an advantage

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Strong organizational skills with attention to details
