Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing 1. calls, 2. instant messages, 3. SMS and 4. emails.
Ensure all patients’ queries, appointments and referral are professionally and timely managed.
According to clinic operating timing and doctors schedule, booking or rescheduling appointments based on caller's request
Navigate clinic’s clinical system to ensure proper and accurate booking and documentation done
Escalate difficult or relevant matters to management or appropriate parties.
Advise patients on insurance related matters, if applicable.
Document information accurately and communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.
Clinic front counter (20%)
Attend to patients at front counters for registration and payment
Assist to prepare and dispense medication
Responsible for the cleanliness of the clinic facilities
Trace case notes for cases, whenever required
Maintains confidentiality of all patient and client information
Handle any other administrative matters
Requirements:
Customer service experience needed.
Able to work under fast paced environment.
Able to rotate to 3 hospitals to cover for manpower if needed. (Mt Elizabeth Hospital / Mt Alvernia Hospital / Parkway East Hospital)
