Job Description:Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.Sat 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m( Alternate Saturday )Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.- Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
