Key Responsibilities:
- Assist brides and grooms or families or individual in selecting the perfect outfits for their photoshoots and weddings, offering personalized recommendations that reflect their unique styles.
- Provide excellent customer service by following up with clients on fitting appointments, ensuring their outfits are perfect ahead of their big day.
- Manage the studio's inventory efficiently to avoid overlapping bookings and ensure all clients have access to their chosen outfits when needed.
- Handle wedding gowns, suits, and accessories with care, ensuring they are well-maintained and prepared for fittings.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve both short- and long-term business goals.
- Develop essential skills such as client communication, problem-solving, and teamwork by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute to a smooth, organized workflow within the studio.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or the service industry is preferred.
- While not required, a strong interest in creating engaging social media marketing content will be a valuable asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage inventory and scheduling to prevent booking conflicts.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced bridal studio environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, based on the studio’s operational needs.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle various tasks independently.
- Able to speak both Mandarin and English.
