Reports to the Senior Sales Executive/Manager
Sales Responsibilities
· Identify and secure sales; including government projects through GeBIZ
· Achieve sales targets
· Handle / assist tender preparation and submission
· Be involved in handling terms and conditions of sales
· Assist in tender presentation / Co-ordinations
· Establish and maintain customer relationships
· Work closely with QS to prepare competitive quotations / proposals
· Conduct / assist in organizing hand over / project kick off meetings with project department upon secured of project
· Maintain customer and project reference list
Maintaining Relationships
· Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
· Provide consultation, sales support and project co-ordination for customers
Negotiation Skills
· Negotiates/coordinates with sub-contractors
· Negotiates price and projects timelines with customers
After Sales Responsibilities (for container projects)
· Issue job order to Operation and Workshop (Fabrication) departments
· Updates information for estimate cost and revenue in project costing (PJC)
· Submission variation order, additional order
· Prepare final account with client
· Certified claim/payment for all sub-contractor with related job/project
Ensure Compliance to ISO & Safety and Health Requirement
· Observe and follow all ISO and health and safety compliances.
