Maintaining inventory accuracy by preparing reports, coordinating with clients and warehouses for timely shipments and document provision, raising purchase orders, reviewing inventory, and handling inventory issues. It also involves preparing inventory reports for clients, coordinating item conversions with warehouses, and performing other administrative tasks.
Perform clients VAS (value added service) billings, ensure all billings are done accurately and on-time.
Supporting the Client Service team with the follow up on assigned tasks and closing the assigning tasks within the set timing.
Coordinating and overseeing all redressing tasks and activities, translating orders into production schedules to optimize throughput, and ensuring orders are completed within target turnaround times. This includes expediting urgent redressing tasks, monitoring production progress, and updating clients on redressing status. Additionally, the position entails expediting deliveries, following up on material shortages, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Generate and provide stock disposal reports to clients on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
Compile miscellaneous report as per clients’ requirements on a regular basis.
Provide support to the Client Service Specialist or Managers in adhoc report retrieval.
Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the grade as may be assigned from time to time.
