Job Descriptions:

1. Support all internal and external HR & Admin related inquiries or requests to ensure efficient operation (which included admin purchasing and office environment management)

2. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR & Admin events and maintain agendas.

3. Ensuring smooth On-Boarding process for new joiners including co-ordination on orientation and update records of new staff.

4. Liaising with the office administration in preparing the necessary equipment's computer stationeries, workstation, etc. for new hires.

5. Responsible to prepare and compile monthly and quarterly reports on general HR & Admin activity.

6. Assist in setting up training programme and events as required.

7. Working with HOD on HR & Admin related matters.

8. Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
