Responsibilities
· Establish, execute plan to expand customer base and explore new areas/segments to increase sales revenue.
· Engage with customers for queries, resolve issues and follow up on inquiries.
· Respond timely to customer orders, confirm delivery dates, coordinate changes and expedite requests from customers.
· Manage and maintain a database of customer records and customer pricing.
· Prepare and track sales quotations and maintain sales pipelines.
· Provides comprehensive market intelligence, benchmarking, constant updates on price comparison cum movement in the marketplace.
· Establish rapport and build good customer relationship.
· Provides sales performance report and timeline to achieve target.
· Willingness to undertake ad hoc projects being assigned by the management.
Requirements
· Diploma level in any discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales admin support or customer service experience.
· A team player and adaptable in a highly competitive environment.
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skillsets.
· Strong planning, presentation and report writing skills.
· Motivated and enthusiastic with a strong drive to achieve sales target.
· Computer literacy with experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
· Independent, resourceful and enjoy communicating with all levels within an organization.
· Able to start work immediately or given short notice.
· Class 3 driving licence and own transport.
