• Administer employees' Group Health Insurance (GHS) and Workers' Injury Compensation (WIC) insurance.
• Coordinate staff medical check-ups.
• Manage employee appraisals, including probation and annual reviews.
• Update and maintain the E-portal for leave applications.
• Submit applications for recruitment and training approvals to Head Office.
• Arrange company-sponsored training courses.
• Maintain ISO training records.
