Primary Responsibilities: The main focus of this role is to manage and execute government tenders. Key responsibilities include overseeing the bidding process, identifying qualified manufacturers, contract negotiation and management, tender follow-up, and ensuring successful delivery upon award.
Duties include:
1. Government Tender Management:
• Lead and manage the entire tender process, including identifying and evaluating suppliers who meet quality requirements.
• Prepare and complete tender documentation, ensure sample procurement and delivery, and oversee the submission process to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Coordinate contract negotiation and management, following up on all aspects of the tender to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Strategically plan and execute the tender process to secure successful bids.
2. Event and Product Arrangement:
• Manage large-scale events associated with tenders, including product demonstrations and arranging brochures and promotional materials.
• Coordinate logistics for product displays and event setup, ensuring alignment with the tender's specifications and company standards.
3. Post-Award Delivery and Execution:
• Plan and oversee delivery schedules and logistics to fulfill contract requirements following a successful tender award.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery, maintaining high service standards.
4. Product Sourcing and Supplier Management:
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain and optimize the supplier list to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply stability for tender projects.
5. Product Registration and Compliance:
• Manage product registration with relevant authorities (e.g., Singapore Health Sciences Authority) to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee and maintain company certifications, such as GDPMDS and ISO, ensuring continuous compliance with industry standards.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve optimal results.
• Assess team performance and structure, developing training programs and career paths to enhance capabilities.
7. Ad Hoc Tasks:
Undertake other tasks or assignments as directed by the company to support overall business objectives.
