Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers:Greet customers as they enter the dealership, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
    Actively listen to customers to understand their preferences, needs, and budget, and tailor recommendations to provide the best fit.
    Ensure an exceptional showroom experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to quality service.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:Stay updated on all current models, features, specifications, pricing, and competitor offerings.
    Present vehicles with a thorough understanding of each model’s unique benefits, features, and technology.
    Offer test drives to prospective buyers, clearly demonstrating the car’s performance and handling.
    Educate customers on available customization options, trim levels, and add-ons to meet their specific preferences.
  • Sales & Financing Guidance:Provide detailed explanations of financing options, warranties, and insurance packages.
    Guide customers through the financing and leasing processes, ensuring they understand each step.
    Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate loan applications and other financial documentation as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for even after the sale is completed.
    Follow up with past customers to provide service reminders, gather feedback, and generate repeat business or referrals.
    Maintain a client database with detailed records to aid in follow-ups and marketing efforts.
  • Lead Management:Proactively reach out to new and existing leads through calls, emails, and text messages to nurture interest and encourage visits to the showroom.
    Respond to all customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a personalized touch.
    Use CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and follow-up opportunities effectively.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
    Plan and manage your sales pipeline strategically to ensure a steady flow of potential customers.
    Collaborate with your sales manager and colleagues to set individual goals and contribute to team sales targets.
  • Contribute to Showroom Operations & Marketing:Assist in maintaining the showroom’s cleanliness, organization, and presentation to create a visually appealing environment.
    Help coordinate and participate in dealership events, promotional campaigns, and new car launches to increase foot traffic and brand visibility.
    Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to support the marketing and management teams in refining promotions and strategies.
  • Continuous Learning & Development:Participate in regular product and sales training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to remain a knowledgeable resource for customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of financing options and insurance (a plus).
