The Assistant Director plays a key role in organizing NTU's alumni programmes, aimed at engaging the College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS)'s alumni throughout various stages of their lives and careers. These initiatives, led by the Office of Alumni Engagement (OAE) and CCDS, aim to create opportunities for alumni involvement that support the University's goals. The team's strategic focus includes fostering a strong, engaged alumni community, building lifelong, mutually beneficial connections with NTU, and cultivating a sense of identity and pride in their alma mater.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and engage contributing alumni through personalized communication and targeted activities.
- Create mentorship and professional development programs for alumni growth.
- Co-organize major events like reunions, speaker series, and networking sessions.
- Develop strategies for alumni donations and philanthropic involvement.
- Supervise upkeep of the alumni database, and communications through online platforms and social media.
- Conduct surveys to gather alumni feedback, assess program effectiveness, and report outcomes.
- Manage Alumni Association governance, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Domain knowledge in Alumni/stakeholder relations, advancement, events management and community or professional network engagement.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in alumni relations and/or advancement and an understanding of the higher education landscape or professional/industry associations.
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills and project/vendor management abilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Ability and willingness to collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment while also working independently and being self-motivated.
- Proven experience in managing and executing webinars, and engagement programmes, preferably in an alumni relations or higher education setting.
