Position Overview
- Oversee and guide Data and AI Consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Partner with clients to identify their strategic objectives and challenges, crafting tailored AI strategies and actionable roadmaps.
- Pinpoint and assess opportunities for data transformation within client organizations to foster AI readiness, performing feasibility analyses and evaluating potential risks and rewards.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, promoting growth and expertise in Data, AI, and consulting practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest AI technology trends and practices, leveraging them to drive client solutions and boost innovation through new service offerings.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including data scientists, data engineers, business analysts, and industry specialists to seamlessly implement data transformation solutions that scale with AI.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in Data, AI, and Consulting domains.
Core Competencies
- Strong background in management consulting within the Banking, Finance, or Telecommunications sectors.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving teams to achieve tailored results.
- Proficiency in designing data platform-centric Operating and Business Models is essential.
- Experience in leading large-scale RFP/Tender processes and achieving set revenue targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining and executing hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, including migration and adoption.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud providers) and experience leading digital transformation or migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with evolving business priorities, including Application Portfolio Rationalization, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Ability to deliver comprehensive technology strategy transformations and conduct “Business of IT” analysis.
Thought Leadership and Practice Development
- Spearhead the creation and delivery of service offerings.
- Continuously enhance expertise in IT practices and new technological trends.
- Develop and publish points of view (POVs) on core IT services, emerging technologies, cloud solutions, and digital transformation strategies.
- Document and share valuable insights, lessons learned, and proprietary content.
- Directly contribute to building capabilities and encourage continuous development through the firm's knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Actively mentor team members by sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance skill sets.
Sales and Marketing Contributions
- Lead RFP and client proposal efforts.
- Craft compelling business cases and deliver impactful client presentations.
- Support thought leadership initiatives by contributing to blogs, white papers, and other materials.
- Manage work streams that facilitate the development of new business prospects.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support business development activities.
