Position Overview

  • Oversee and guide Data and AI Consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Partner with clients to identify their strategic objectives and challenges, crafting tailored AI strategies and actionable roadmaps.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in Data, AI, and Consulting domains.

Core Competencies

  • Strong background in management consulting within the Banking, Finance, or Telecommunications sectors.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving teams to achieve tailored results.
  • Proficiency in designing data platform-centric Operating and Business Models is essential.
  • Experience in leading large-scale RFP/Tender processes and achieving set revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining and executing hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, including migration and adoption.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud providers) and experience leading digital transformation or migration initiatives.
  • Familiarity with evolving business priorities, including Application Portfolio Rationalization, AI, and Machine Learning.
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive technology strategy transformations and conduct “Business of IT” analysis.

Thought Leadership and Practice Development

  • Spearhead the creation and delivery of service offerings.
  • Continuously enhance expertise in IT practices and new technological trends.
  • Develop and publish points of view (POVs) on core IT services, emerging technologies, cloud solutions, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Document and share valuable insights, lessons learned, and proprietary content.
  • Directly contribute to building capabilities and encourage continuous development through the firm's knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Actively mentor team members by sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance skill sets.

Sales and Marketing Contributions

  • Lead RFP and client proposal efforts.
  • Craft compelling business cases and deliver impactful client presentations.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives by contributing to blogs, white papers, and other materials.
  • Manage work streams that facilitate the development of new business prospects.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to support business development activities.
