Job Summary:

The Sales & Operations Executive will drive sales and ensure smooth event operations. This role involves client engagement, planning and executing roadshows, and managing on-site customer service to boost conversions and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Event Coordination:
    • Assist in developing sales strategies tailored to the foreign and domestic worker markets.
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and roadshows, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
    • Manage logistics, including setup, staffing, transport, and equipment needed for events.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure all roadshow requirements are met and align with client expectations.
    • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and logistical support for mobile sales.
    • Work on-site at events and roadshows to support sales efforts and engage with attendees.
    • Administrative & Marketing Support:
    • Prepare reports on sales and event outcomes, including data entry, tracking sales performance, and analyzing key metrics.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Support the development of marketing materials and sales pitches.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 5.5 days work week
  • Willing to work long, irregular hours, weekends, public holidays when required
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, operations, or event management is an added advnatage (NEW COMERS ARE WELCOME)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or experience in targeting foreign/domestic worker markets is a plus.
