We expand rapidly and have immediate vacancy for Head of Marketing to drive our growth. You spearhead innovative strategies to drive growth, elevate brand positioning, and enhance profitability. Oversee a diverse portfolio that includes new cars, electric vehicles (EVs), pre-owned luxury brands, sports cars, and vehicle rentals covering short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing. You'll lead a high-performing Marketing team and report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives across various vehicle segments, including new cars, electric vehicles (EVs), pre-owned luxury vehicles and sports cars.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify new sales and rental opportunities.
- Drive growth in both vehicle sales, and the rental and leasing division, with a focus on expanding short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing solutions.
- Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation through consistent, strategic branding efforts.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including website management, SEO, PPC, and social media, to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across platforms.
- Efficiently plan, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment and alignment with business goals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- Analyze marketing data to track performance, make data-driven adjustments, and ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative marketing techniques to maintain brand competitiveness and appeal across all vehicle offerings.
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience with proven team leadership.
- Expertise in digital and social media marketing, with strong command of CRM tools.
- Skilled in using analytics to drive decisions and track marketing effectiveness.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling communications.
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
