Are you passionate about sales and have technical acumen in the semiconductor industry? We have an exciting role for a Sales Executive focused on driving business growth across ASEAN. This dynamic role is perfect for sales professionals with an engineering background who enjoy solving customer challenges and delivering cutting-edge semiconductor solutions (LED accessories & components, Surge protection devices and smart LED lighting controllers). You'll collaborate with industry leaders, including semiconductor manufacturers, project owners, EPC contractors, and purchasing managers, to become the go-to resource for semiconductor components, accessories, and surge protection devices.
What You'll Do:
- Exceed Sales Targets: Surpass both monthly and annual sales goals by acquiring new customers and growing relationships with existing accounts.
- Drive Customer Engagement: Identify and engage high-potential prospects by addressing their semiconductor sourcing and technical challenges.
- Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to understand complex problems and offer tailored semiconductor solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with manufacturers and distributors to negotiate competitive pricing, faster lead times, and the best product selections.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work with internal teams (logistics, finance, management) to ensure successful product delivery and account satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Regularly report sales and design progress to senior management, ensuring the territory’s strategy aligns with market demands.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering
- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B consultative selling environment
- Strong command of English; fluency in Thai or Bahasa is a plus
- Knowledge of the semiconductor or electronics components industry preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Digital marketing and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel frequently within ASEAN as part of business development and client engagement responsibilities
