Do you enjoy building and fixing things? We are looking for a hands-on Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our custom spinners, which incorporate simple mechanical components, DC motors, basic wiring, wood structures, and ball bearings. This role is essential to ensure smooth, consistent operation of our spinners.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues with small electronic components, motors, and ball bearings.
- Perform basic wiring and maintenance of DC motor parts.
- Assemble and maintain wooden and mechanical parts to ensure stability and performance.
- Conduct regular checks to identify wear or malfunctions, with a focus on preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Interest in and experience with basic electronics, motor repair, and mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with small electronic circuits, DC motors, and basic wiring.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility with working hours, as tasks are typically performed outside regular business hours (after 7pm).
- Ideally located near Bugis, as the role requires frequent but short shifts.
- Mechatronics or similar building experience
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $10/hr.
