Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient goods movement and inventory accuracy.
Maintain stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory systems regularly.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Team Leadership & Communication: Conduct daily Tool Box Meetings (TBM) to communicate key company updates, goals, and safety protocols.
Plan and allocate manpower to meet production, shipment, and storage requirements.
Customer & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with customers, shipping, and transport teams to manage goods QC, stock levels, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and submit accurate daily stock reports to customers.
Inventory Control & Reporting: Perform regular stock checks and address discrepancies.
Investigate and report any stock issues to management.
Process Improvement & KPI Management: Analyze qualitative data to drive continuous improvement in processes and inventory systems.
Staff Management & Development: Manage staff attendance, work schedules, and performance.
Provide training, coaching, and motivation to improve staff performance.
Health, Safety, & Environmental Compliance: Ensure all staff comply with safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitor and address any safety hazards, reporting incidents to the Manager.
Implement environmental protection measures, including spill control and waste management.
Requirements:
Minimum ITE/NTC/Diploma Certificate in logistics or related field.
1-3 years working experience in warehousing industry as supervisory role.
Good time management, communication, inter personal relation & leadership skills
Able to work in Jurong Island
