Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned departments, including:

1. Sourcing candidates
2. Screening applicants
3. Conducting interviews
4. Proposing salaries
5. Following up on offers and start dates

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and heads of departments (HODs) to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and evergreen roles to minimize hiring lead times.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutions of higher learning (IHLs) and professional organizations.
• Representive at career fairs and networking events.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to assess and enhance performance.
• Regularly review and improve recruitment workflows and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Min Degree
• Internal HR Recruitment experience (healthcare experience not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis and recruitment metrics
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
