Warehouse Associate (1 year contract) #HMS

Job Opportunity: Warehouse Associate (1-Year Contract)

Positions Available: 2

Location: near Redhill MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary: Up to $3,500/month + 1-month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Receive, verify, and document incoming materials against delivery notes.
• Stage materials for storage, ensuring neatness and organization.
• Route documents to appropriate departments for further processing and report any variances.
• Assemble materials based on order pick lists and issue them to designated locations.
• Document all inventory transactions accurately in SAP and file relevant documents.
• Perform pack-out activities, maintaining cleanliness in pack-out areas and sanitizing as needed.
• Record operating temperature and humidity, if required, and document pack-out transactions.
• Prepare materials for delivery, coordinating with logistics or transportation agents.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, record variances, and perform corrective actions when deviations are observed.
• Adjust product stock areas based on product profile changes and perform quarterly stocktaking.
  
  

Loaner Management

• Inspect all returned loaner items (instruments, implants, consumables) before returning them to assigned storage.
• Track loaner sets to ensure timely return and maintenance, replacing items nearing expiration.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to verify used items from returned loaners.
• Manage replenishment or replacement of missing or damaged items in the loaner set.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
