Position Overview
Accounts and Administrative Assistant for a Toy Company will provide vital support to the operations of the company by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to track inventory levels, monitor stock, and update inventory records.
General Administrative Support: Provide admin related matters, including liasing with suppliers, vendors and procurement of office supplies and upkeep of office premises
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Team Player
Preferably able to start work immediately.
No prior experience required, on job training provided.
Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Five days work week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
