Job Responsibilities
- Liaison between clients, overseas office/agents, sub-contractors, carriers/co-loaders and internal departments to ensure smooth handling of shipments;
- Managing and coordinating Sea Import/Export shipments including ISO Tanks;
- Arranging & creation of booking in the system, checking & confirming of schedule availability once received from customers;
- Coordinating and resolve shipment issues;
- Timely preparation of documentation (S/I, BL, Invoice, Packing List, Permits & Pre-alert) to customers, carriers/co-loaders, transport team, warehouse team & overseas offices;
- Ensure information are updated in internal systems correctly & timely;
- Follow up with customers, warehouse & oversea offices on any short-landed, over-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo;
- Cost verification;
- Updating of customers’ shipment monitoring sheet if required;
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement
- Relevant work experience will be advantageous.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Possess good analytical skills and team player.
- Able to work with initiative
