  • MAIN DUTIES:

Position Requirements

  • Assist the sales team in secretarial and administrative support
  • Act as a contact person between the client and the hotel in the absence of Director of Sales, Asst Director of Sales, Sales Team
  • Proficient in the operation of personal computer and Opera Systems
  • Well versed in all aspects of the hotel’s facilities
  • Ensure all typed correspondences are in accordance with The Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa
  • Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to all relevant departments and regional offices and tarces dates effectively followed up
  • Ensure all incoming correspondences are forwarded to the respective managers
  • Handle telephone calls to take messages, new enquiries, check room availability for both functions and guest rooms
  • Ensure all leads are answered to and proposals are followed up with 8 hours
  • Be accountable for all targets and goals set for area of responsibility
  • Abide by the Hotels’ grooming standards to project the luxury image of the brand
  • Any other duties as signed by Director of Sales, Asst Director of Sales
