My client, a private clubhouse is focusing in Fine Art Exhibits, private dining and lifestyle concierge service for C suite level private members is seeking a Concierge/Guest Services Executive to join them. The incumbent must be confident to deal and communicate with members.
Role:
1. Meet and greet VIP guests and offer assistance throughout their stay.
2. Being able to deal with queries and complaints as soon as you are made aware of them.
3. Control the operation on a day-to-day basis ensuring all operating standards are in place
4. To maintain and develop excellent service standards and consistent customer service focus.
5. Collate and establish a large range of information regarding food & beverage and feedback to meet and exceed guest’s expectations.
6. Support the team for a seamless arrival and departure experience at clubhouse
Responsibilities:
· Engage with members in a friendly and confident manner.
· Ensure members are enjoying their drinks and meals and take action to correct any problems.
· Help food preparation and setup when necessary.
Requirements:
· Diploma with experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hotels or casinos or cabin crew experience
· A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with private chefs and internal staffs
· Able to perform high-quality work and must be able to work independently
· Ablity to speak English and Chinese as has to deal with Chinese speaking members in the club.
Others: - 5 days work week and weekends if there is event
