Our client is a General Contractor of a US listed company(Data Centre) and they are seeking to hire an AVP working directly with the board of director.Job Description:1. Oversee the P&L and financial balance of the client's projects across Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.2. Liaise and coordinate with senior corporate leaders at the project owner as well as smaller technical teams, ensuring alignment and synergy in project execution.3. Manage and supervise the project and technical operations for the client in Asia, driving quality and efficiency.4. Serve as a legal, project management, and technical innovator for the client and the project owner, propelling initiatives into the global market.5. Support the Senior Vice President in strategizing, collaborating, and setting up the client’s and project owner’s presence in Europe and LATAM regions.6. Aid the Senior VP in establishing off-shore banking operations for the client group in Labuan, the Cayman Islands, Switzerland, and New Zealand.7. Assist the Senior VP with the client’s and project owner’s IPO initiatives globally, scheduled from 2027 to 2035.8. Report directly to the Senior Vice President and a member of the executive board.Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.2. Proven experience in design, project management, construction, and site management for large-scale projects, with a preference for exposure to international project standards.3. Strong technical expertise in data center design, relevant codes, and an understanding of current IT and AI technologies.4. Proficiency in Bahasa, English, and Chinese, with reading and writing abilities in an additional language, such as Japanese, Korean, or German.5. In-depth contractual and Quantity Surveying (QS) knowledge in construction, with familiarity in FIDIC Red Book, TIA-942, PAM form, and FIDIC Silver Book.6. Demonstrated innovative thinking, strategic perspective, and business acumen.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8. Experience in engaging with senior management within a large technical conglomerate.9. Familiarity with legal aspects related to business growth and new global setups.10. Strong human resource management skills.11. Competency in ISO systems, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.12. Leadership qualities and robust organizational abilities.
