  • Develop and manage annual marketing budget and expenditure.
  • Plan and implement new product and service launches and brand updates annually.
  • Strategise and collaborate with various landlords and corporate partners to increase awareness.
  • Prepare monthly report to update internal stakeholders on effectiveness of marketing and advertising efforts, budget utilization, competitive field insights and on-going work progress status.
  • Source and manage advertising platforms, external agencies, business partners and ensure marketing strategy and tactical campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Produce PR communications to support product/service launches and employee branding.
  • Build rapport with press and media houses to secure PR opportunities.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and implementation of promotions.
  • Work closely with external agency to develop and oversee all digital content creation.
  • Plan and determine design and copytext style for all collateral and publicity material.
  • Maintain website and execute social media advertising strategies to increase awareness of ongoing promotions.
  • Plan and manage email marketing strategy for CRM purposes.
  • Plan and organize promotional activities through events and campaigns, including sourcing sponsorship and promotional items.
  • Plan visual display for deliberate campaigns to enhance store image and encourage footfall into the stores.
  • Oversee product forecast to ensure monthly sales and promotion logistics.
  • Conduct periodic on-site checks to ensure that all outlets abide by branding guidelines.

What does it take to be an Assistant Marketing Manager

  • Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
