Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update corporate information across digital platforms (i.e. website, social media and intranet);
  • Manage award timeline and submissions;
  • Write and copyedit department publications, namely newsletter, brochures, eDM, award submissions, web articles and press releases;
  • Assist in development and production of brand content, namely corporate videos, podcast episodes and social media content;
  • Engage and liaise with media contacts on press opportunities, and submit project materials to external publications;
  • Assist in digital media data collation and analysis;
  • Provide operational and administrative support for the department.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in English, Mass Communications or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
  • Good command of spoken and written in English;
  • Some knowledge/experience in podcast/video post-production.
