Responsibilities:
- Manage and update corporate information across digital platforms (i.e. website, social media and intranet);
- Manage award timeline and submissions;
- Write and copyedit department publications, namely newsletter, brochures, eDM, award submissions, web articles and press releases;
- Assist in development and production of brand content, namely corporate videos, podcast episodes and social media content;
- Engage and liaise with media contacts on press opportunities, and submit project materials to external publications;
- Assist in digital media data collation and analysis;
- Provide operational and administrative support for the department.
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in English, Mass Communications or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
- Good command of spoken and written in English;
- Some knowledge/experience in podcast/video post-production.
