Description

The Corporate Sales will be responsible for both demand and supply partnership acquisition. Partnering with companies and executing strategies for new demand and supply partnerships to drive revenue growth and high safety and service levels across MK Global. The Corporate Sales will be working to acquire larger supply partners to manage the Chauffeur jobs. This role will have revenue goals based on maintaining and growing current business as well as securing upsell opportunities and be on the lookout for tenders and any opportunities that will arise. The profitability goals are based on working with high quality and good priced partners. As such, this person will proactively identify, develop, and support revenue and profit growth opportunities while building a relationship of trusted advisor for demand partners and suppliers.

Job Scope

  • Build relationships and develop strategies for new supply and demand partnerships

  • Identify new sources of revenue generating opportunities with each demand partner and present directly to demand partners

  • Identify and onboard new demand and supply partners, including contract negotiation work, technical integration support, and establishing a mutual beneficial relationship

  • Daily analyzation of delivery and performance for each partner to maximize success

  • Identify new sources of Supply partnership opportunities and grow our fleet together with them to cater to the number of jobs that we have.

  • Ability to navigate multiple user interfaces for reporting and supply submissions

  • Gather data and present quarterly business reviews for supply and demand partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and improve partnership standards.

Requirements

  • High level of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet and PowerPoint Google Deck experience is required

  • Experience in the Chauffeur Drive / Taxi Industry

  • Able to work with minimal supervision as well as within a group environment

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and able to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
