Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Legal Department leaders to set up systems and metrics that enhance legal service delivery and department efficiency.
- Oversee the adoption and integration of tools (e.g., contract management, AI applications) that streamline processes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to clarify project scope and synchronize departmental systems with company-wide tools.
- Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports to leadership on departmental metrics and progress.
- Conduct data extraction and analysis to inform decision-making and support strategic planning.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and process audits to ensure alignment with department goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead implementation to drive operational consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or change management with a focus on system and process implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with process mapping tools.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high workloads in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible, solution-oriented team player with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in an additional language is a plus but not mandatory.
