What the role is:The mission of the International Directorate is to advance and defend Singapore's interests in international finance and establish Singapore as a reputable member of the international financial community. This includes building networks of strategic relationships with other countries, especially in East Asia and the G20 economies; participating and shaping agenda in multilateral fora; and partnering with international financial institutions on specific projects with strong linkages to the economy and job creation in Singapore.What you will be working on:The officer will work closely with other government agencies and stakeholders to adopt a whole-of-government approaching in promoting Singapore's economic interests.What we are looking for:
  • A degree in public policy, economics or international relations is preferred • Keen interest in, and passion for public policy work • Strong analytical mind with excellent verbal, written and networking skills • Willing to travel
