Sales Representative / Promoter

The Whole Kitchen, a leading provider of gluten-free and healthy food options, is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at TANGS VivoCity. We offer a variety of gluten-free and wholesome products, and we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about promoting a healthier lifestyle and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

As a Sales Representative / Promoter, your role will involve:

• Providing excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Educating customers about our gluten-free products and their benefits.
• Maintaining a neat and organized sales floor and product displays.
• Managing stock and ensuring products are replenished in a timely manner.
• Handling customer inquiries and offering personalized product recommendations.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promoting special offers, discounts, and new product launches.
• Assisting with store promotions and events as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines.

Working Hours & Schedule:

On Weekdays:

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

On Weekends:

• Shift 3: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift 4: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements:

• Preferred Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive & Enthusiastic: Ability to engage customers and work independently.
• Flexibility: Ability to work on weekdays and weekends as per the shift schedule.
• Singaporeans and Singapore PRs are encouraged to apply.
