Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Management: Manage the deployment and daily operations of security personnel at assigned sites.
Planning and Optimization: Forecast site needs, plan duty rosters, and prepare for contingencies with meticulous attention to detail.
Client Support: Be a reliable support system for Operations Managers and site supervisors
Mentorship and Training: Facilitate on-the-job training for new and existing security personnel, ensuring competence and knowledge retention.
Client and Management Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with client management, regularly propose service improvements, and deliver detailed reports.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Security Management preferred, minimum of Advanced Certificate in Security Supervision acceptable.
2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the security industry.
Valid PLRD license (SS and above preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Operational readiness, including responsiveness even outside regular working hours
