Our entry-level Business Management Trainee plays a foundational role in gaining practical experience and understanding the company’s operations, processes, and management functions. Here are the basic responsibilities involved in this role:

  • Assisting with Daily OperationsSupport day-to-day activities, assist in administrative tasks, and ensure smooth departmental operations while learning about different business functions.
  • Learning and DevelopmentParticipate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop core skills in management, communication, and problem-solving. Engage in self-development initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Project AssistanceAssist senior team members and managers with various projects, helping to plan, execute, and report on project outcomes. Trainees may gradually be given ownership of smaller projects to build accountability.
  • Customer and Client EngagementLearn the basics of client servicing by assisting in client interactions, understanding client needs, and helping to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Process Improvement and Problem-SolvingIdentify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline workflows. This involves observing and understanding current practices and proposing solutions.
  • Reporting and DocumentationPrepare reports and documentation on business activities, project progress, and training outcomes to keep track of personal and departmental goals.
  • Mentorship and FeedbackWork under the guidance of mentors or senior managers, who provide feedback and help the trainee develop professionally. This also includes self-assessment and incorporating feedback.
  • Progress Toward Management CompetenciesDevelop essential management skills such as leadership, communication, organization, and strategic thinking, all of which are necessary for future advancement.

Requirements:

  • Local diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

Office Hours: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Mon to Fri

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,300.00 per month
