RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and ensure timely disbursement of payroll
- Knowledge to apply and manage different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation
- Manage recruitment process
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Provide advice on HR-related matters
- Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Maintain P files and HR record
- Submission of monthly CPF
- Any adhoc duties when required.
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR industry
- Good Knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment laws
- Be Meticulous to details
- Possess excellent writing (Must) and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Able to multi-task effectively and work Independently as part of a team
- Proficient in MS. Excel - Pivot table and MS Words
- Work Location : Central West
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Performance bonus
