Skills and Requirements:
Hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll Management.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, ensuring compliance in payroll practices.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS) software, such as SAP, for effective data management and reporting.
Exhibit a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Possess the ability to learn quickly, multitask effectively, and collaborate seamlessly within a team.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at various organizational levels.
