  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • ⁠ ⁠Monday - Friday: 9am to 5:30pm (with 1hour unpaid break)•⁠ ⁠Saturday: 9am to 12pm (no break)

**(Activation hours may vary based on client needs)

Locations: Islandwide (Car/Motorcycle Workshops)

Sin Ming / Ang Mo Kio

Woodlands

Ubi / Kaki Bukit / Changi / Macpherson

Jurong / Pioneer / Soon Lee

Bukit Merah

**(Exact locations will be assigned based on your preference and availability)

: Strictly Plain Black T-shirt, Jeans/Long pants (no fancy/ripped designs) and Sports Shoes/Covered shoes

**(Staff in incorrect attire will be sent home)

Job Scope (Subject to change):

  1. To establish a good working relationship with the installation center's staff and to provide a positive experience to each customer.
  2. To align the installation center's/workshops staff regarding their SOP to engage motorist on Service Campaign
  3. To provide accurate and updated information on Service Campaign
  4. Collect feedback from customers on the Service Campaign
  5. To perform service recovery by providing good customer service support
  6. To assist in reporting by providing a consolidated end-of-day report for daily observations
  7. Other ad hoc duties

Staff Responsibilities & Requirements :

  • Staff is required to be tech savvy to educate members of the public on using apps and other digital services.
  • Staff must look presentable, be helpful and provide assistance with regards to the Service Campaign
  • Staff must have good customer service attitude and problem solving skills
  • Administrative duties when required and other ad-hoc duties.
