IT Support Administrator (In-house)

Responsibility
· Provide IT support and perform initial troubleshooting or escalate to our outsourced IT specialists for complicated cases, or provide alternatives to resolves the cases.
· Support HQ and project sites regarding IT-related issues.
· Monitor and maintain in-house networks and servers.
· Manage and maintain computer hardware and software systems, Inventory, and deployment to users.
· Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
· Create user accounts and set up email accounts for new staff.
· Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
· Document processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
· Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
· Perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superiors.
Requirements
· ITE, Diploma or Higher qualification in computer science, information technology, information systems, or related fields.
· Preferable with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
· Responsible, meticulous, fast learner.
