Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media content that aligns with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Create and manage a content calendar (at least 3 posts per week) on individual Tiktok.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling visuals and copy.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using social media analytics and native insights. Use data to inform and optimize future strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices. Identify new opportunities and propose innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the competition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients.
• Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.
• Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements with analysis of costs and benefits.
• Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
• Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
• Other general admin duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting corporate clients.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position.
