- Assist in recruitment, screening, and scheduling interviews for new hires.
- Process monthly petty cash and travel claims for employees.
- Conduct staff orientation and prepare appointment letters and related documentation.
- Establish and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical records, insurance claims, and leave entitlements.
- Organize and schedule training courses, maintaining comprehensive training records.
- Apply for government grants and manage claims
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years of experience in related roles
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Knowledge of HRMS system will be an added advantage
