Daily Operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the company.
- Direct and schedule team to perform tasks and meet the company’s requirements.
Inventory & Order Management
- Manage inventory, order processing, warehouse operations, logistics, and demand planning.
- Update inventory on the online partner portal.
- Process orders and update delivery status promptly.
Customer Service
- Understand customers’ needs and handle complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide appropriate solutions and attention to customers’ issues.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Delight customers by exceeding their expectations.
- Obtain customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish good relations with corporate customers for bulk purchases.
Event Management
- Manage events organized by the company.
- Be involved in special projects and events, working alongside other departments.
General Administration
- Undertake ad-hoc activities and assignments as required.
At times, you may be required to undertake some duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary to meet the needs of our company's business.
