. Possess in-depth product knowledge and able to conduct presentations to Electrical , and end users.
. Achieve sales targets by assessing current client needs Meet key performance metrics established
. Reach out to potential clients on a cyclical basis to promote our latest collections and services
. Coordination and supervision work, communicate with other departments cordially to ensure standards and service levels are met
. Perform market research, regular competitor monitoring and create brand awareness in industry.
. Assist tender manager to manage tender processes and project development phase, work with key Contractors
. Gather market information including change of regulations, competitors and customers activities development.
. Identify new market trends, market players, technologies and latest industry development relevant to our business.
. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
. Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
. Maintaining client activities.
. Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
