About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager for APAC to lead marketing efforts related to partnerships within the region. This role is pivotal in driving growth through strategic marketing collaborations with key partners, ensuring that all partner activities are aligned with Aptos Labs’ overall marketing objectives. You will work closely with partners to co-create marketing campaigns, manage joint events, and track the performance of partnership initiatives.

About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager for APAC to lead marketing efforts related to partnerships within the region. This role is pivotal in driving growth through strategic marketing collaborations with key partners, ensuring that all partner activities are aligned with Aptos Labs’ overall marketing objectives. You will work closely with partners to co-create marketing campaigns, manage joint events, and track the performance of partnership initiatives.
You Will Be Directly Responsible For
- Developing and executing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for APAC, aligned with global objectives.
- Building and managing strategic marketing partnerships with key players across the region to drive mutual growth.
- Collaborating with partners to co-create and execute marketing campaigns that leverage Aptos Labs’ strengths and drive adoption.
- Coordinating joint events, content, and promotional activities with partners to maximize impact and ROI.
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Managing relationships with KOLs tied to partnerships, ensuring alignment with partner objectives.
- Working closely with the GTM Lead to integrate partner marketing activities into broader GTM strategies.
- Partner with Aptos leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement a partner marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners in the APAC region, ensuring that all marketing collaborations drive significant business impact.
- Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, leveraging shared resources and networks to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the GTM Manager and Brand and Events Manager to ensure that partner marketing activities are consistent with Aptos’s brand and product strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with KOLs who are integral to partner initiatives, ensuring that their engagement aligns with marketing goals.
- Provide strategic feedback and market insights to Aptos leadership to influence global partner marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably within the Web3 or technology sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful marketing partnerships that drive business growth.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse partners across the APAC region.
- Experience in managing KOLs or influencers as part of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or another APAC language is a must.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed to manage partner relationships and marketing activities.
